Nordic Delight Festival

Nordic Delight Festival

Nordic Delight Festival returns!

Nordic Delight is a festival fully dedicated to music, film and culture from Northern Europe. In 2013 Nordic Delight Festival made its debut in Utrecht, the Netherlands. At the upcoming event on Friday April 11, Nordic Delight will take you on an expedition to one of the Nordic countries: Norway.

The main stage will host three Norwegian music acts, whose time has come to be discovered by a new Dutch audience. Neither Jonas Alaska nor Atlanter have ever performed in the Netherlands before, and its Highasakite's premiere in Utrecht (after their first Dutch show at Eurosonic, 2013).

However, the advice is not to stick around at the main stage all night long, for Breaking Ground presents a great selection of the best Norwegian student films at the pop-up cinema.

The following eight films are shown at the event:

A view from the edge of a table top by Iain Forbes
Beats by Espen Skagen
But Milk is important by Eirik Grønmo Bjørnsen and Anna Mantzaris
Framand Fisk (Strange fish) by Mikal Hovland
Ingen Blir Igjen (No one remains) by Thore Lindhardt Garberg
Paradox by Rolv Lyssand Bjørø
Space Oddity by Liv Joelle Barbosa Blad
Unns Kjærlighet (Young Love) by Tobias Asplin
